David Brookman began his real estate career at Southgate Real Estate in 2003, after spending more than 20 years working in sales & management roles for industry leading organizations in South Australia & Victoria.

David is married, to Karen, and has two children Samantha & Raymond. The family support David receives helps greatly in providing the framework required to be successful in this exciting industry.

A strong desire to help people and an unquenchable thirst for learning helped establish David quickly as a valued & successful member of our sales team. His outstanding results and level of customer care were recognized by the Real Estate industry with the awarding of the 2005 REISA ‘Rookie of the Year Award’ and the 2006 REIA “Achievement Award”.

In 2007 David was invited by Real Success Coaching to share his insights on a 12 volume DVD training series titled “The Mentors”. This training material is used by REISA and REIQ and other organizations throughout Australia & China.
