In the event you are not satisfied with the level of service provided by Southgate Real Estate we agree to immediately terminate our agency agreement upon receipt of your written request and payment of any previously agreed costs.
The only thing we request is that we are first given 2 business days to resolve the source of concern to your satisfaction.
This guarantee is standard Southgate policy and as such no signature is required on your behalf to claim it.
